You undertake that all goods so purchased by you, are for your own private and domestic use only and you accept email as a valid means of communication of any agreement between you and World Force Online.

Contract for the Supply of Goods

The display of goods on the World Force Online website amounts to an invitation to treat only and is not an offer to sell goods at any price indicated.

No contract for the supply of goods will be deemed to exist between you and World Force Online unless, and until, an email is sent by World Force Online to you confirming that your order has been shipped. You must check that the details of your confirmation email are correct as soon as possible and you should print out and keep a copy for your records.

This confirmation email amounts to an acceptance by World Force Online (or 3rd party supplier that is engaged on your behalf by World Force Online) of your offer to buy goods from World Force Online and this acceptance is effective regardless of whether or not you receive the email.

World Force Online is free to withdraw from a prospective contract at any time prior to acceptance. This also applies in the case of any error or inaccuracy in respect of the goods, any description applied to the goods, the availability of the goods or the order itself.

Processing of orders

World Force Online will aim to ship all in stock items within 48 hours

of receiving your order, but your order may be delayed if the item is not in stock with our suppliers. Some items may be unavailable. All prices include sales taxes (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

Shipments to your delivery address maybe subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any such additional charges to clear customs must be borne by you.

You should note that customs policies vary widely from country to country so we advise that customers contact their local customs office for further information. Note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Returns

If you are unhappy with your purchase for whatever reason, you may return it to us in its original condition (unopened, with all seals and shrink-wrap intact) within 14 days of the date you received the item and we will issue a full refund.

Please note: we can not provide a refund on returned items, if they have been opened or part used.

Limitation of Liability

This liabilty section applies only to the extent permitted by law.

In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, World Force Online shall, at its own option, make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify World Force Online of the problem in writing within 7 days of delivery of the goods to either our address above or by email.
World Force Online does not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of or damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the World Force Online website or for any products purchased from the World Force Online website. World Force Online will only be liable for direct loss up to a maximum total of the price of the product purchased in respect of any claim.

Illegal Acts

It is a crime to use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. Anyone caught wilfully entering an erroneous or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We track the electronic 'fingerprints' of every order placed on the World Force Online website to enable us and all legitimate crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on our website.

Governing Law

Purchases from World Force Online Limited are subject to English Law.

Modification of Terms

World Force Online Management reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Any modification of these terms will be deemed to be effective from the date and time of posting on the World Force Online website.
